Boca Grande Lighthouse

There are places that seem untouched by time.

Standing at the southern tip of Gasparilla Island, the Boca Grande Lighthouse has watched over Florida's Gulf Coast for more than a century. It has witnessed passing storms, changing tides, and generations of fishermen, boaters, and families drawn to the quiet beauty of the shoreline.

What drew me to this scene was not simply the lighthouse itself, but the feeling of standing there. The warm coastal light. The endless sky. The calm rhythm of the Gulf stretching beyond the horizon. It is a reminder that some places still invite us to slow down, look outward, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.

As a Florida artist, I am continually inspired by the landscapes that shaped my life. Boca Grande Lighthouse represents the character, history, and natural beauty that make Florida's coastline so special.
